CIRCADIAN Industrial Studios on Nguyen Hue is a homestay in the centre of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, with studios and an apartment that overlook the city and the Saigon River. The property occupies the well-known Cafe Apartments building on Nguyen Hue walking street, and cafés and restaurants are within 50 m, so street-level dining is close at hand.

The three rooms range from a 23 m² Queen Room with Balcony to a 30 m² apartment with a separate living room, sleeping up to four. Every room has its own kitchen with a stovetop, fridge and microwave, plus air conditioning, a washing machine and a private bathroom. The Queen Studio is the only room with a sofa bed, which makes it suitable for three guests.

Its bathroom sits outside the bedroom, and it has a terrace with city views and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. All three rooms have a kitchen with a stovetop, fridge and microwave, plus a washing machine.

The rooms come with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a bidet, free toiletries and a hairdryer, plus a wardrobe and linen. Each kitchen is fitted with kitchenware, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a dining table, and the property also has a shared kitchen with a fridge, an induction cooktop and a washing machine.

Throughout the building, a lift serves the upper floors, and the homestay offers private and express check-in and check-out, laundry and ironing services, key card access and a terrace. CCTV covers the outside of the property and the common areas, rooms are non-smoking, and there is a designated smoking area.
